At Beyond, we started a hygiene committee about two years ago when our employee base exceeded 50 people!

What is the Sanitation Committee?
This is a committee established to

The Health Committee is engaged in activities such as the following.

Member Composition
The Health Committee is comprised of the following members to ensure both company and employee perspectives are included,

・Chairman (company representative or representative)
・Industrial physician (health management expert)
・Health manager (responsible for workplace health and safety)
・Employee representative (role of conveying voices from the workplace)
Ideally, employee representatives should be selected with consideration given to the balance of departments and the gender ratio.
