By playing the game, you can understand the company's business and atmosphere

This RPG game puts the player in the role of a hero who is reincarnated as an intern at Beyond, experiencing the work of infrastructure engineers and server-side engineers. Since the entire production is handled by in-house members, all the characters except the hero are real people, and the scenario is designed to replicate actual work as closely as possible. Furthermore, some of the music was produced in-house, and AIQVE ONE Co., Ltd. assisted with debugging (playtesting), resulting in a game with meticulous attention to detail.
Recruitment content following "Novel Game Company Guide" and "Online Game Company Information Session"

At Beyond, we recruit new graduates every year, andCompany Information Sessionsas "Online Game" and "Novel Game Company Guides." This time, by allowing students to experience Beyond's work in the form of an "RPG game," we aim to reach not only students aspiring to become engineers, but also engineers who are already active in the IT industry.
Key points of the "RPG Intern" story

1. Scenarios more specialized for engineers, such as server construction and system development experiences
The scenario for this work omits any explanation of the company and is based on the premise of "what if you were to work as an intern?", so you will understand the job content by talking to the characters and will be able to experience everything from responding to server failures to system debugging
2. Submissions are also available to give you a taste of what it's like to be an intern
Apart from the main story, you will also be able to take on the challenge of supporting our company's services and updating social media as part of your public relations work as a side job, allowing you to be involved in work across a wide range of departments
3. Detailed character design and map generation
The characters that appear in the office are actual employees, and each one has different dialogue to suit their personality. The map layout also recreates Beyond's Osaka office, and explanatory notes are included on objects such as bookshelves, making it a fun tour of the office
4. The ending changes depending on the results of the interview
As you progress through the story, an "interview event" will occur from a conversation with the CEO. The player's level will go up or down depending on the accuracy of the events cleared up to that point, and the ending scenario will change depending on whether the interview goes well or not. Taking on interviews at a higher level will lead to better results, so why not try to clear all the missions?
Hoping to meet engineers through our unique recruitment methods

Beyond has not only utilized games for recruitment content, but"virtual interviews" for new graduates regardless of age, education level, or gender.By actively employing unique recruitment methods, we have been able to acquire engineers who are a better fit for our company. In addition to conducting regular company information sessions, we will continue to work on new initiatives, such as creating asynchronous online content from scratch, so that people can learn about Beyond anytime, anywhere.
