"SH!GODEK!", a community for everyone involved in IT, both engineers and non-engineers, has been launched

(Headquarters: Osaka City), which develops managed cloud server services and system development businesses, is pleased to announce the launch of "SH!GODEK!", a new community for all people involved in IT, regardless of their job title or level of expertise. Background of the community's founding

In business activities, IT is no longer something that only engineers and system departments deal with. Employees in all departments—sales, marketing, planning, management, and more—are increasingly involved with cloud services and IT tools in their daily work, and are required to make decisions regarding their use and implementation

However, much of the technical information is disseminated primarily for engineers, and there are limited opportunities for people without specialized knowledge to keep up with IT trends or share their concerns. On the other hand, for those working in the IT industry, such as IT sales representatives who propose IT products and services to customers on a daily basis, and engineers involved in system development and operation, there are not many opportunities to gain insights from other companies or access up-to-date industry information that is difficult to obtain within one's own company

Through our work supporting cloud infrastructure operations, we have interacted with the IT departments of various companies, and we have received numerous requests for information exchange and learning opportunities from people who are "involved in IT but are not technical experts," as well as from those who "want to know about the situations of other companies precisely because they are on the inside of the IT industry."

This community was established with the aim of creating a space where everyone involved in IT, regardless of their job title or expertise, can connect on an equal footing, learn from each other, and support one another
