3 reasons why watching B.LEAGUE is fun

This is Nakauchi from the technical sales department.

This weekend (March 19th) I went to watch a basketball game for the first time in my life

The reason I decided to go see the game was because Beyond received tickets to the Osaka Evessa B.LEAGUE

My impressions after watching the game were,

It's so funny!!

I'll list some points that I personally found interesting

1. The production is amazing

Before the match even began, the venue was set up in a spectacular manner, with the lights changing, cheerleading performances and player introductions taking place at high volume

There were always cheerleaders on courtside, and they performed before the game, at halftime, and at every timeout, so the game never felt dragging on

2. The players are close

I was seated in the 8th row from the front, and this is how close I got without zooming! (Photo taken with an iPhone)

It seems much closer to the naked eye

Depending on the location, in baseball I might think that a normal outfield fly is a home run, and in soccer I might not know if the ball is a goal or not.In basketball, the court may be small, but I've never had a problem telling whether the ball went in or not

This means you can experience joy and sorrow without any time lag

If you've ever been to a baseball or soccer game, you'll be surprised at how close you can get to the players

3. Easy to support

This is really big

In baseball, there are cheer songs for individual players, and in soccer, there are team cheer songs

People who go to see it for the first time won't understand it at all

In the case of Evessa,

  • Offense: Go! Fight! Win!
  • When defending: Defense!

That's it!!

Even first-time spectators can join in the cheering, so it felt like there was more unity in the venue than with the other two major sports

Ebessa wins the match

The Evessa are currently in a good position, third in the Western Conference (top two in the conference advance to the playoffs), so there were quite a few spectators in attendance

The crowd was in a frenzy as the home team Evessa won (66-62) with a string of comebacks

Good luck with the remaining 15 games and aim for the playoffs!!

I will come and support you again

bonus

Beyond placards were displayed before the match started and at halftime, but it seems they didn't leave any lasting impression on the fans..
