1.Payment of duty allowance
Beyond is a company that operates and monitors cloud servers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Therefore, shifts are set on a weekly basis, with ``early shifts,'' ``late shifts,'' and ``night shifts.''
"duty allowance" will be added to the salary of the person on duty
This changed the awareness within the company of how important on-duty work is, and led to an improvement in the turnover rate.
2. Leader tweet chat
Through this chat, you can now answer the simple question, "What do leaders think about on a daily basis?"
The leaders of each department (mainly Representative Director Haraoka) will post even the slightest things in the chat, such as what the company is going to work on, what drama they're into, and everything from important things to things they're not really interested in. You can know up to.
3.Organizational Culture Committee
In order to address dissatisfaction and opinions within the company, a team was formed to come up with improvement measures and worked to improve the turnover rate.
New internal systems will be introduced by conducting anonymous internal surveys on a regular basis, and the organizational culture committee will come up with improvement plans based on the results.
4.Team drinking party
``Let's have a drinking party with each team and communicate'', so the company started paying 4000 yen per person for meals.
``The company pays for drinking parties!?'' I was shocked as I had just joined the company.
Having regular team communication in this way not only improves turnover rates but also increases motivation.
5. Young drinking party
exclusively for people in their 20s was held.
Just like the team drinking party, I was shocked to hear, ``The money for the drinking party comes from the company!? And he's a young person!?''
At that time, I was able to remember the faces and names of people from other departments for the first time, which I was grateful for as a new employee.
New employees tend to have a lot of anxiety and turnover rates are high, so setting aside time for this is one way to improve the situation.
6.In-house study session
Once a month, two members of the company take turns giving a 30-minute presentation.
The topics are free, and you can spread your knowledge within the company and practice speaking in public.
7. Enhancement of new office environment
Our Osaka office has moved to Namba!
We said goodbye to the Sakuragawa Building, where we had been for 10 years, and moved to the 10th floor of the Ontex Namba Building.

↓New office Ontex Namba Building
It's very spacious.
At first, I was a little nervous while working because I couldn't get used to the stylish desk and chair, but I calmed down after six months.
8.Siesta system
We have created a system where employees can sleep for 15 minutes once a day on the giant sofa in the break room
Only 15 minutes! ? You may think that, but if you sleep for too long, your body will become dull, so it seems that around 15 minutes is just right.

9. Retirement allowance system
We have introduced a retirement benefit system that is rare among IT companies
This is a nice system where you can receive retirement benefits even before retirement if you work for a long time.

[Preparing for retirement] We have started a retirement allowance system.
10.Leader Lunch
This is a system in which each team leader goes to lunch with a randomly selected partner every month.
I don't have much interaction with other team leaders, so I can discuss my concerns and talk about things that don't matter.
As a young person, I'm happy to have the chance to go for a slightly more expensive lunch than usual.
11.In-house DJ
The person who becomes a DJ for the day can play their favorite music throughout the company.

12.Refreshing vacation
Those who have served for more than 5 years can take 2 weeks of special vacation
The company 100,000 yen in merit money, so traveling overseas is not just a dream.
13. Vegetables at the office
In order to improve nutritionally deficient diets, various vegetables are sold in the break room.
In addition to vegetables, they also have fruit juices that seem to be good for the body, and yogurt to drink, all of which priced at 100 yen .

You can eat fresh vegetables at work! ? OFFICE DE YASAI has started!
14. Benefit One
When your company becomes a member of Benefit One, you can get discounts on a variety of services such as movie theaters, travel, gyms, English conversation classes, and shopping.
Entrance fees for English conversation classes are now free, and people who want to go to a gym but might not want to do so can pay a fee each time they go instead of paying an annual membership fee.
Personally, I love that TOHO Cinemas tickets are now priced at 1,300 yen instead of the usual 1,800 yen.

summary
What did you think?
These efforts to improve the working environment may have been a shortcut to improving the turnover rate.
But in the end, valuing daily communication is probably the most important thing.
If relationships are going well, most things will go well.
I want to lower the turnover rate! If you feel this way, first think about what you can improve!
First of all, I ask myself every day whether I am still able to do what I learned about being considerate when I was in second grade.
