Benefits of remote work/telework

・No more commuting time
Since I commute by train, I no longer have the risk of infection from crowded trains or crowds.
・Surprisingly, there are no problems with work.
When I started working there, I was surprisingly able to work just like I would at an office.
・Meeting time has been shortened
With web conferencing, you only talk about what is necessary and there is less chatter.
As a result, most cases were completed in a shorter amount of time.
・Because I have fewer opportunities to be talked to, I can concentrate on work and work at my own pace.
When you work at a company, you have many opportunities to interact with people, so you may be asked to do an urgent job,
I was often interrupted when I wanted to concentrate on my work, but
These things have become rarer, so I can work at my own pace,
As a result, work efficiency has increased significantly!
・Can do household chores such as housework
When you work from home, when you have a break or want to refresh yourself,
It was very helpful as I was able to complete housework and errands around the house!
Disadvantages of remote work/telework
・It is difficult to work if the working environment is not good.
When working for long hours, you need to choose a desk and chair that suit you.
I found it quite difficult to work with.
My posture is worse than when I was working in the office, and my lower back hurts.
Internet connection speeds may also be slow,
I realized that the office was a really comfortable environment to work in!
・Difficult to communicate with other employees
In an office, you can talk to someone right away,
When working remotely/telework, there are fewer opportunities to talk to people, which results in less time for communication.
Also, it is difficult to communicate with people online, so
I felt that efforts were needed to improve communication.
・I can't immediately ask about things I don't understand or want to ask about work, and it takes time to get a solution.
When working remotely/telework, it is difficult to talk to someone just for that purpose.
It also takes time to solve the problem yourself.
・Difficult to switch on and off
Because the place where you live and work will be the same,
If you are not used to remote work, it can be difficult to switch on and off.
・lack of exercise
I don't have many opportunities to commute or go out, so I don't get enough exercise.
Nowadays, there are few opportunities to go out due to the coronavirus,
The amount I eat hasn't changed that much, so I'm seriously lacking in exercise. (lol)
・I miss people
Regarding this, there is also the influence of the coronavirus,
When you work in an office, there are a lot of people around you.
Even though we were able to have innocent conversations, I thought how lonely it was to not be able to do so... (lol)

There are advantages and disadvantages, but there are many things you won't understand until you try it.
Also, there are many things that I think can be improved quickly if I do this,
