Our company has implemented a system aimed at reducing the financial burden of working from home

We will provide a "remote work allowance"

 

Remote work allowance

◆ Purpose: To reduce the burden of communication costs, utility costs, and environmental maintenance costs when working from home

◆ Target: All employees

◆Amount: 10,000 yen/month

There is no expiration date or specified purpose of use, and employees can use it at their own discretion

It is provided for free use

 

Measures to combat COVID-19

In addition to the measures mentioned above, we would like to introduce the following measures we have taken during the remote work period as part of our response to the coronavirus outbreak

1. If working in the office is unavoidable, staggered working hours will be implemented through the expansion of flexible working hours

2. Special allowance for employees who need to come to the office (3,000 yen/day)

3. If necessary equipment is required for teleworking, the company will purchase and provide the equipment

4. Implementing online events, lunches, and drinking parties to stimulate communication
