I'm Takenaka from the System Solutions Department and I belong to the Hataraku Project (diversity/work style reform project)!

 

I'm sure you've suddenly heard the word "Hataraku Project" and are thinking, "What's that?" But let me explain it briefly.

Let's improve our company's working style and work-life balance!

This is a project team (as the name suggests lol)

Beyond's mission is to "make the world a little easier," commonly known as " Sekaraku we named it Hataraku after that Sekaraku, hataraku! !

Our team is currently implementing initiatives related to health management, and I would like to introduce some of them here.

 

M&P Lab Health Consultation Desk has been established!

We have recently established a health consultation service and more at Beyond!

The following (excerpts) are the services we have set up this time.

■Health consultation counter

Health consultation counter

M&P Lab Health Consultation Desk is, as the title suggests, a ``health consultation counter.''

Each member is issued an account and has the opportunity to meet with a personal mentor for an hour.

I think every human being has various worries, and you can listen to a wide range of concerns, from mental concerns to physical concerns. Another great point is that you can not only listen but also receive professional advice.

Even if you say, ``If possible, I'd like to talk to someone of the same sex,'' you don't have to worry because you can choose a mentor!

We have a mentor system within the company, so there are places where you can ask for advice, but it's reassuring to be able to feel free to talk to someone outside of the company, whether it's work or personal matters.

Nursing care consultation

If you have concerns or concerns regarding nursing care, you can apply for consultation as many times as you like.

You can feel at ease because you can ask a specialist about any questions or concerns you may have regarding nursing care, such as nursing care facilities, resident qualifications, costs, etc.

Management consultation

You can also consult about management matters such as subsidy utilization consultation counter / management counseling / health and other content distribution!

I'm surprised at how generous the support is for management!

M&P Lab LIVE

Once a month, online seminars covering topics related to labor, work styles, mental health, physical condition management, etc. are distributed and can be viewed.

The seminar content is wide-ranging, so you can acquire a variety of knowledge!

M&P Lab channel

A video content service provided by mind and body experts such as nurses, public health nurses, counselors, personal trainers, etc.

You can view it as many times as you like, and the good thing about it is that it has a lot of content and you can view it at any time you like.

 

■Tea coaching

You can receive counseling from a professional counselor. Get detailed advice from an expert for 45 minutes.

It can be applied not only to members but also to members' families, so it seems like you can use this system to enhance your private life!

Welfare benefits related to health management

Now, when we say, ``We have set up a new consultation desk,'' some people may be wondering, ``What else are we doing?'' However, we are implementing the following initiatives.

・Periodical health checkup

・Public health nurse telephone consultation service

・Distribution of antigen test kits

・Influenza vaccination subsidy system

・Mentor system (new graduate employees only)

And so on
