Our team is currently working on health management initiatives, and today I would like to introduce some of them to you

 

M&P Lab Health Consultation Center has been set up!

We have recently set up a health consultation service at Beyond!

As the title suggests, the M&P Lab Health Consultation Center is a "health consultation center."

Each member is issued an account and has the opportunity to meet with a personal mentor for one hour

I think everyone has a variety of worries, but you can get a wide range of advice, from mental to physical, and it's also great that you can get not only a listening ear, but also expert advice

Even if you would prefer to talk to someone of the same gender, you can choose a mentor, so there's no need to worry!

We have a mentor system in place within the company, so there are places to seek advice, but it's reassuring to know that you can easily consult with people outside the company about both work and personal matters

Nursing care consultation

If you have any concerns or questions about caregiving, you can apply for consultation as many times as you like

You can rest assured knowing that you can ask experts about any questions or concerns you may have about nursing care facilities, eligibility, costs, etc

Management consultation

We also provide consultation on management-related matters, such as subsidy utilization consultation, business owner counseling, and health and other content distribution!

It's amazing how much support they provide even to management!

M&P Lab LIVE

Once a month, online seminars covering topics related to labor, work style, mental health, and health management are distributed and available for viewing

The seminars cover a wide range of topics, so you can gain a variety of knowledge!

M&P Lab Channel

This is a video content service provided by mind and body experts such as nurses, public health nurses, counselors, and personal trainers

This can be viewed as many times as you like, and the content is rich, so it's great that you can view it at any time you like

 

■Tea Coaching

You can receive counseling from a professional counselor. You will receive detailed advice from an expert for 45 minutes

This program is available not only to members but also to their families, so it seems like you could use it to enrich your private life!
