Yes, I do. There was a time when I lost interest in clothes and just did whatever I could, but I feel like wearing my favorite clothes every day, even if it's a bit of a hassle, makes it less likely that I'll have a sloppy day. Just like how I find it easier to get work done in a cafe, I think being conscious of how others see me unconsciously regulates me.
