In this blog, I will talk about my past activities including YouTube and after joining the company! Please watch till the end!

Before I started YouTube

`` college school is the summer vacation of my life I was my own interests

If you have an idea, do it immediately! I felt that way, so I reflect on the fact that I must have caused a lot of hardship for those around me.

As a result of being honest about what I want to do I realized that I am interested in expressing myself and creating an ideal place

About personal YouTube activities

I had been involved with the channel since I was a student, but because I was busy with other work at the time, I quit the channel just as it was about to reach 10,000 subscribers.

Currently, while working on my personal channel, I regularly hold offline events!

About YouTube management

When I joined the company, we had to start from scratch: 1) there was no full-time staff, 2) there was no video material, and 3) there was no fixed editing pattern

I thought I had to do something about it, so I took the following actions!

• I gave a presentation at an in-house study session to get people to know more about YouTube.
• Creating templates for use in videos, such as fonts and caption materials
• Since only long videos were released, I created a short video.
• In order to create a sense of unity in the video, we came up with catchy lines, etc...

In the presentation at the in-house study session, we wanted to get people to know about YouTube, but also complained about the lack of video materials also had plans to increase the number of people who would like to collaborate with us in filming

Later on, I started getting more people to talk to me after giving presentations, and it became easier to move around within the company!

Points to keep in mind when creating videos

This is something that has changed since I joined the team, but there are three points to keep in mind.

1. make text thicker
2. Add strength to text with color
3. Use text and sound effects at the same time

In particular, ① a particularly important element , and too many people who cannot do it !

First of all, the top priority is to make the text readable , so there is basically no reason to make it thinner.

*Excludes cases where thin fonts are standard, such as some Vlogs and other fashionable videos.

It's important to get exposure, so when I create videos I keep in mind "how to make it stand out."

Currently, I am working hard at my job as a web marketer while accumulating knowledge in parallel with my previous work!

Analyzing numbers on the web and SNS including YouTube is no different, so I would like to do my best by making use of my past experience!
