Why does Beyond allow for free hairstyles?

Hello. All storage areas
belong to the /tmp system solutions department.
It's 2024. It looks like it's going to be a good year because it will break easily with 2.
This time , as a member of Hataraku PJ I would like to introduce our in-house system of
free hairstyle and hair color Simply put, the Hataraku Project is the name of a group that discusses internal systems and creates a comfortable working environment for employees (please see the blog below for details on our main activities).
[Work style reform] We have formed a project team! [Diversity & Inclusion]
As per the blog post below previously posted by our company Yoshimoto,
At Beyond, you can dress as you like (you can even dress like a bug catcher boy in the summer).
I myself often wear tie-dye T-shirts in the summer, and I think this is very important when working, and being able to dress and style your hair the way you like is great for your mental health. It's effective (I personally feel so). Of course, it's nice to wear a sharp suit, but I feel more comfortable working in whatever outfit I like.
This time, we are calling it the hairstyle edition, and we conducted a direct interview with our company's representative, Haraoka, so we would like to introduce you to the contents of the interview and what kind of hairstyles and hair colors the people in our company actually have!
Why does Beyond allow for free hairstyles?
*From now on, the author interviewed the representative, Haraoka, and transcribed the content.
Q1 Why did you change your hairstyle/hair color?
(I see, so the standards have changed little by little.)
you
work in the company, you may not hear much about the grooming regulations at Beyond.) (I wasn't wearing anything) ○

2) What do you feel are the benefits of introducing this system?
(It's nice to be fashionable, isn't it?)
(The other day, I was actually talking about old clothes with a co-worker, and it just sparked a conversation.)
(I felt like it definitely had a positive effect.)

3) Lastly, was there any kind of social message?
(It's Love & Peace. It's wonderful.)
(About an hour and a half had passed before I realized this interview, but even just the topic of hair color)
(I thought it was amazing that it spread so much. Because , without either of us realizing it)
(Rather than talking about hair, we were moving in the direction of ``how much respect we have for people.'')
(At its core, clothing and hairstyles come down to ``people'' themselves.) I had the impression that it was interesting.)

Members' hairstyle introduction corner
Now that you have read the interview, I would like to introduce some of the Beyond members' free hairstyles!
▼Mr. Kashiwa Mochi, System Solutions Department
This is Mr. Kashiwa Mochi, the manager of the System Solutions Department, and his hair has been turning red a lot lately.
I am also a member of the System Solutions Department, and since the general manager position embodies freedom,
I feel like the other members are also more relaxed.
▼Mr. TK from the Canada Office Mr.
TK from the Land of Freedom Canada office, also from the System Solutions Department.
I basically have an image of this color. You always look good on me!
▼Lucy from the Web Service Department's
perm? You might think so, but this Lucy-san's wig is actually an afro (weak) wig.
Apparently she got tired of it and said she wanted to try a different wig soon.
▼Mr. Shinta from the Development Department
This is Mr. Shinta from the Last Samurai Development Department in Yokohama. From his appearance, he gives off the feeling of being a talented engineer.
▼Hoto-san (left) and gira-san (right) from the System Solution Department. When
the yellow lights line up, it's a traffic light. The two are famous for frequently changing their colors, and it can be seen that they enjoy being fashionable in their favorite colors.
Personally, I also enjoy seeing people enjoying themselves freely.
summary
This was an introduction to the Hataraku Project project and Beyond's internal regulations regarding hairstyles!
