our internal project, " Hataraku PJ, I would like to introduce

I myself sometimes wear tie-dye T-shirts in the summer, and I think this is quite important when working. Being able to wear the clothes and hairstyle you like has a very positive effect on your mental health (or so I personally feel). Of course, dressing up in a sharp suit is good, but I feel more comfortable working in clothes I like

This time, we'll be focusing on hairstyles, and we interviewed our company representative, Mr. Haraoka, so we'd like to share the details of that interview and introduce the types of hairstyles and hair colors that people actually have in our company!

3) Finally, was there any kind of social message?

(It was amazing how the conversation expanded to this extent, because without either of us realizing it)
(Rather than talking about hair, the conversation had gone in the direction of "how much respect we have for people")
(I got the impression that clothing and hairstyles ultimately come down to the person themselves. It was really interesting)

This is Kashiwamochi-san, the head of the System Solutions Department, whose hair has often been red recently.
I also belong to the System Solutions Department, but the head position embodies freedom, so
I feel like the other members get along well.

This is Shinta from the development department at Last Samurai in Yokohama. He looks like a skilled engineer.

and Gira (right) from the System Solutions Department. When the yellow lights line up, it's a traffic light. The two are famous for frequently changing their colors, and it shows how they enjoy being fashionable with their favorite colors.
Personally, when I see people enjoying themselves freely, it makes me happy too.
