We are sorry for the inconvenience, everyone.
Temperatures are getting hotter in Toronto, and there are more fun events happening, but it's been two and a half months since my office was so cold that I was struggling with whether or not to ask them to turn up the temperature.
This is Nishi from the System Solutions Department.
This time, I would like to share with you some information that will help you live a fulfilling life when you visit Toronto! (There is quite a bit of author's own opinion and bias in there.)
contract to gym
trainee engineers (engineers who do muscle training) who secretly carry protein at all times , and their influence is gradually expanding, so we will share gym information for such trainee engineers. I will do it.
For my health, I only work out at the gym, but I also have a contract with a gym in Canada, so I would like to introduce it to you.
Among gyms, we recommend gyms that are like general facilities and can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as a weight room, pool, various sports, and a sauna.
At first, you can use it for free for a few days as a trial, so the good thing is that you can try it out before signing a contract!
The price is 60 CAD/month, so you can use it for about 7,000 yen, which is about the same price as a Japanese gym.
As long as you have your ID and credit card, you can easily sign a contract without any complicated communication!
Generally speaking, all foreigners are cheerful, so they often talk to me.
However, on the rare occasion that someone sees it for the first time, they will pull off a mysterious forced move, so you need to be a little careful, but in general, everyone should be a good person. lol
There is also an activity floor, and the sports offered vary depending on the day of the week and time of day!
You can check the schedule and participate in activities that interest you, so it feels like it can be used by a variety of people.
We will post gym information from the link below, so please take a look.

Make effective use of the library
Toronto's public library , and I've used it several times because the quality is pretty good and it's close to where I'm staying.
seats with free internet access and power outlets , and there are also many cafes in the area, so I stopped by when I had some free time.
It has an overseas-like structure, and the space is quite spacious and comfortable, so it's great for doing some work, or it's highly recommended for relaxing.
In the photo above, North York Center Station is the closest library!
There are many public libraries in the city, so I will also provide links to them!

Go out into town on the weekend
Toronto is a city full of diversity, so on weekends there are events from all over the world, and I get the impression that it was pretty lively every weekend during the summer.
You can go out to the city randomly on the weekend and compete wherever you see it, or you can do some research before going out! I researched beforehand and gathered information mainly on Instagram before going out.

There are also movie nights held in the park at night, so we recommend stopping by and spending some time relaxing.
