toilet

Next is`toilet`package

According to the official page mentioned above, it's an abbreviation for " The Other Implementation's Letters." It seems to have been named in opposition to the original FIGlet , which was an abbreviation for " Frank , Ian and Glen 's Letters ." Aiming to be an alternative to FIGlet, it adds features such as Unicode and color output using the libcaca library.

$ sudo apt install toilet $ toilet <characters to display> # formatting options *Maybe because it is still under development, only "gay" and "metal" were available in my environment... What a shame $ toilet --filter list Available filters: "crop": crop unused blanks "gay": add a rainbow color effect "metal": add a metallic color effect "flip": flip horizontally "flop": flip vertically "180": rotate 180 degrees "left": rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise "right": rotate 90 degrees clockwise "border": surround text with a border
