[Exhibition Report] We exhibited at Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS)!

Hello, this is Komatsu from Public Relations

Beyond exhibited at " Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS2026) ," one of the world's largest game exhibitions, held at Makuhari Messe from September 17, 2026 !

This year's Tokyo Game Show marked its 30th anniversary. It was planned to be held for the first time over five days, under the theme of "The Longest and Most Fun-Filled 5 Days Ever." Unfortunately, the final day's in-person event was cancelled due to the approach of Typhoon No. 25, but a remarkable 257,642 people attended over the four days

Beyond exhibited in the Business Solutions corner for two of the business days. Thank you so much to everyone who visited our booth!

Preparations the day before

Entering Halls 9-11 of Makuhari Messe, you'll see everyone preparing for tomorrow. At this point, most booths are still incomplete

When I arrived at the Beyond booth, the panels had already been set up. This is how we created this year's design

We unpack the packages delivered from the office and set up the brochures, promotional items, and decorations to be distributed

Since only the preparation staff were there the day before, I took some photos in front of the main panel

TGS Day

We introduced a variety of services, including cloud server design and construction, 24/7 fully managed services, web system development services, and our own service, illuminAI

At our booth, we introduced Beyond's services while handing out brochures and fans. It was a valuable opportunity, unique to trade shows, to be able to directly discuss services that can be useful to everyone in the gaming industry, such as 24/7/365 monitoring of cloud servers that support online games

And at Tokyo Game Show, it has become a tradition to hand out merchandise featuring Beyond's official character, "Saba no Miru." This year, we prepared Miru-chan keychains. I was happy to see people pick up the Miru-chan keychains and say, "They're so cute!"

In the morning before the venue opened, one of our members was practicing how to greet people passing by the booth!

At trade shows, the most important thing is to get people to stop in front of your booth. However, visitors often quickly pass by on their way to their target booths, making it incredibly difficult to capture their interest with just a few words. Figuring out how to approach them so they stop is an eternal challenge we face every time we participate in a trade show

At exhibitions, there are times when there are hardly any people around, and other times when the aisles are packed with people, so the scene in front of the booth changes dramatically depending on the time of day. Nevertheless, I feel it is a valuable opportunity to speak directly with many people I don't usually get to meet

Meanwhile, the game exhibition area in the main hall was bustling with visitors everywhere. There were always long lines at booths showcasing highly anticipated new titles, and many people were seen waiting their turn to try out the games. The entire venue was filled with excitement, from the gameplay footage displayed on large monitors to the cheers from the stage events

Joint stamp rally project by 7 companies

As a first-time initiative, we held a stamp rally in collaboration with the companies exhibiting in the same Business Solutions Corner. Visitors collected stamps by visiting each company's booth, and those who met the conditions received a limited-edition Rubik's Cube as a novelty item. This initiative was intended to liven up the Business Solutions Corner by encouraging visitors to move around the venue and increase their opportunities to visit the booths of the participating companies

The companies we collaborated with were:

While there were some areas for improvement in terms of operations, such as how we guided attendees on the day, the opportunity to collaborate and create a project across booth boundaries was a great achievement for Beyond. Thank you so much to all the companies that participated!

We will use this experience to improve next year's exhibition and make it even more enjoyable for a wider audience

lastly

Once again, thank you so much to everyone who visited the Beyond booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026, everyone who stopped by to talk to us, and all the exhibiting companies who collaborated with us on this joint project!

The dates for next year's "Tokyo Game Show 2027" have already been announced. It is scheduled to be held for five days, from Thursday, September 16th to Monday, September 20th, 2027. To be honest, we are still in the middle of reflecting on this year, but we will make sure to use what we learned from this year to do our best to meet many of you again next year!

That concludes our Tokyo Game Show 2026 exhibition report. See you at the venue!
