Promoting work style reform

In addition to expanding health management to maintain and promote employee health and work-life balance support, we are promoting work styles that utilize IT technology, improving productivity, and improving employee work. We are working towards moving in the right direction.

    We established the Canadian office "Beyond GTA Inc." on November 9, 2020 as an initiative to eliminate night shifts in Japan. This is the first step towards expanding into overseas markets, and business trips from Japan are also possible.
