Early departure system for anniversary celebrations

What is the anniversary early departure system?

a system that allows you to go home early on your birthdays and anniversaries, as well as those of your family and partner !

One of Beyond's code of conduct is to "make employees and their families smile."

It was born from the idea of ​​caring for this family!

Four anniversaries are set aside each year, and the leave is taken on the anniversary date. (If the date is difficult for you, please consult with us separately.)

This is a system that is widely used within the company

I also celebrate my mother's birthday, my grandmother's birthday, etc

I use it a lot because it allows me to show my gratitude to people who I might not be able to show gratitude to once I become a working adult!

Christmas special holidays

Christmas special holidays

system allows you to take one day off on either December 24th or December 25th .

This is also based on Beyond's code of conduct, "Making employees and their families smile."

It was created with the idea that you should spend time with your loved ones!

This system requires you to select the date in advance, so almost 100% of people take advantage of it!
