Some of you may be wondering what an "internal networking event" is in the first place

An "internal social gathering" is a system designed to deepen interaction among members.

The restaurant is a long-established okonomiyaki restaurant near the company

As soon as they arrived, they started playing games (lol).
And it's Mega Man on the Game Boy Advance, which is so outdated (lol).
But I guess it's because it's just the younger generation that they can play without any reservations.

We mainly talked about work. We discussed
the situation of each other's teams, problems that we can't talk about with people who aren't close in age, and various other things that we could only talk about in this setting.

By the way, we also had an after-party! This was at our own expense

Last time there were seven people, but since two new people have joined the company, there were nine people this time

It's nice to have more friends of a similar age to me

It was also great that we were all able to share things that we could only talk about in this kind of setting, as well as our private worries
