10/25 Participated in the 1st cross-industry exchange meeting! Will community change the future? !
Hello!
This is Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Shikoku Office.
The first " Inter-Industry Exchange Meeting " was held at Manabeya MINDE on October 25th (Friday), and Persian cat Inoue also participated!
The reason I decided to participate was simple!
I was drawn to the name ``Inter-Industry Exchange Meeting''. (Laughs)
I'm not only interested in people who are active in different professions than myself, but
I'm also interested in the values and opinions of each person, so I thought this was a good opportunity to hear those things.
“Billage” creates connections that change the future
The lecture was given by Yoshiki Matsui, Managing Director of
MJE Co., Ltd. "The role of young people who will carry the future of the region" Connections between young people will change the future!
Under the title, there was a talk about the new workplace and providing an environment that makes it easy to start a business.
The core working space and rental office " billage " not only supports entrepreneurs and startups, but
holds more than 100 events and seminars a year, and
connects companies and investors with young Kansai entrepreneurs under the age of 25. ,
pitch contests to support the growth of young entrepreneurs,
murabito nights in which members using ``billage'' can participate, and circle activities are held.
By strengthening these connections among members, it seems that their work and private lives are more fulfilling and their satisfaction is high.
Create opportunities with workshops
However, if you just express your opinion on a topic, it may be difficult to express your opinion or
you may only be able to hear the opinions of certain people.
a workshop was held where participants could
express themselves and make presentations using Lego , similar to the exchange meeting at the "billage." by finding things in common with others, people will feel that
``I belong here too,'' and the bonds of the community will become stronger.
At the workshop, participants expressed themselves, their dreams for the future, what they like, what happened today, etc. using Lego.
expressed myself
as someone who at first glance seems flashy or bright, but The 20 minutes allotted time passed quickly, and everyone returned to their childish minds and was absorbed in putting the Lego pieces together.
Finally, a networking event and business card exchange event
There were about 20 participants, including entrepreneurs, IT-related workers, restaurants, printing companies, banks, and civil servants,
so it really felt like a ``cross-industry networking event.''
Over drinks, we talked a lot about
what kind of work everyone does and how they came to participate in the "inter-industry exchange meeting." In addition to work, there were also people who were holding events to enliven Miyoshi City, which was very inspiring.
The participants were in their 20s and 30s, so we had a lot of fun talking because we were from the same generation.
It seems that the second event will be held, so I would definitely like to participate!
Growing every day, moving forward every day.
I have to update myself every day! ! !
Thank you for reading to the end.
