10/25 Participate in the 1st Cross-Industry Networking Event! Will the community change the future?

Hello!
This is Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Shikoku Office.

On Friday, October 25th, the first " Inter-Industry Networking Event " was held at Manabeya MINDE, and Persian cat Inoue also participated!
The reason I decided to participate was simple!
I was attracted by the name "Inter-Industry Networking Event." (lol)
Not only am I interested in people who are active in different professions than myself, but
I'm also interested in each person's values and opinions, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to hear about those things.

"Billage" creates connections that change the future

The lecture,
"The Role of Young People Who Will Carry the Future of the Region," was given
by Yoshiki Matsui, Managing Director of MJE Co., Ltd. , and was titled "Youth Connections Will Change the Future!" He spoke about the new nature of the workplace and providing an environment that is conducive to starting a business.
The coworking space and rental office " billage " not only supports entrepreneurs and startups, but also
hosts over 100 events and seminars per year,
connects young Kansai entrepreneurs under the age of 25 with companies and investors, and
pitch contests to support the growth of young entrepreneurs, as well as
Murabito Nights and club activities open to "billage" members.
Strengthening these connections between members appears to enhance their professional and personal lives, resulting in high levels of satisfaction.

Creating opportunities through workshops

However, simply expressing your opinion on a given topic can
make it difficult to speak up, or you might only hear the opinions of certain people.
At the cross-industry networking event, a workshop was held,

expressed and presented themselves using Lego By finding common ground, participants felt a sense of belonging and
strengthened community ties.
In the workshop, participants expressed themselves, their dreams for the future, their favorite things, and events that happened today using Lego.

By the way, I expressed myself, portraying someone who at first glance seems "flashy" and "cheerful," but who
spends a lot of time alone and is shy.
The allotted 20 minutes flew by, and everyone was reminiscing about their childhood, engrossed in putting Lego pieces together.

Finally, a networking event and business card exchange

There were about 20 participants, including entrepreneurs, people in the IT industry, restaurants, printing companies, banks, and civil servants, and it
really felt like an "inter-industry networking event."

We had a lot of conversations over drinks
, about what kind of work everyone does and how they came to participate in the "inter-industry networking event." Aside from work, some people were also holding events to promote Miyoshi City, which was very inspiring.
Participants were in their 20s and 30s, so we had a lot of fun talking as we were all of the same generation.
It seems that a second event will be held, so I definitely want to attend!

Growing every day, moving forward every day.
I have to update myself every day! ! !
Thank you for reading to the end.
