What is White Company Certification?

White Company Certification is the only certification system in Japan that comprehensively evaluates a company's white status and is run by the White Foundation

It is not a "black company" as the general public would say,

A white company is one that people " encourage their families to join them and leave behind for the next generation

Specifically, companies that have all three elements will be recognized as "white companies."

A company that conducts excellent business and can maintain sound management over the long term

A company that practices excellent internal governance so that employees can continue to work with peace of mind

A company that maintains high employee engagement

Seven indicators for becoming a white company

In order to obtain white company certification, there are 70 questions that companies must answer to become white companies

These 70 questions are divided into seven categories and a comprehensive judgment and evaluation is made
