A new year has arrived. Time flies by so quickly.
I believe that nothing stays the same, whether it's the town or the people, but I also feel a little sad about the changes, and at the same time, I want to enjoy them. I
've felt this way every time a new year comes around for the past few years.

As we are soon entering the full-scale recruitment season, I would like to introduce you to Beyond's working environment and systems.

I particularly like the open space and the atmosphere of the seats by the windows.
The office uses a free address system, allowing employees to freely choose their seat depending on their mood and the work they are doing that day.

It is possible to combine flextime and a hybrid work style that combines working in the office and working from home. I think

The qualification acquisition incentive system provides you with payment for exam dates for IT and English-related qualifications, and you can also receive a subsidy if you pass
The Canadian training is limited to infrastructure engineers, but one person will be able to stay in the Canadian office for three months on a rotating basis.
This is an opportunity to experience overseas operations and working styles in a small group setting.
Regarding the IT blog writing allowance, I receive an allowance for every article I write for this blog.
I think many engineers write technical blogs, and by writing a blog, they can output their knowledge and skills.

The siesta system is essentially a nap.
If you feel sleepy in the afternoon, a short nap will clear your mind and allow you to switch gears and get back to work.
The anniversary early departure system allows you to leave work a little earlier on family birthdays or special occasions with your significant other. This
can be taken up to four times a year, and you will work six hours (this system can also be used by people without a family or significant other).
If both December 24th and 25th fall on a weekday, you can choose to take either day off during the Christmas holidays!

I would like to take a refreshing vacation someday. It is a system that grants two weeks of special vacation and merit bonuses if you stay with the company for five years.
