table of contents
This is Ohara from the technical sales department.
The other day, a customer asked me, ``I have a Plesk warning message, what does it mean?'', so I would
like to post a solution in this blog.
■ About display
This message indicates the grace period until your Plesk license key expires completely.
[Obtain a key] from the link in the administration menu and update the license.
Additionally, after this grace period, the license expires completely and requires internal server action.
■ License key update procedure
- Click "License Management Page" displayed in the message
- Click "Get key"
- Click "OK"
- That's all.
■ If the grace period has passed
After this grace period, your license will be permanently expired and you will need to do the following internally on your server:
- Log in to the server created from the Plesk template with Root and
recover the backed up license key. -
# cp /etc/sw/keys/backup/* /etc/sw/keys/keys
- Check that you can log in using the Plesk control panel.
- After logging in, select the "Retrieve Key" option again.
■ Summary
Once the probation period has passed, you will need to log in via SSH and perform the work.
If you find this message, we recommend that you update it as soon as possible.
