[In-house system] An in-house DJ has been created.

This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.

Recently, our company has introduced a number of internal systems such as ``in-house social gatherings'' and ``lunch system,'' and starting this month, we have also introduced a new system called ``in-house DJ.''

Up until now, the company's background music was always selected by a certain person or played on the radio, but that was boring and unbalanced, so a system of ``in-house DJ'' was established.

We don't actually have a DJ booth in-house, so we don't do anything clever between songs or provoke the customers.

It's a simple system where DJs take turns every day and play their favorite music all day long.

The DJ of the day will play selected songs from an iPad onto a horizontal speaker installed in the company.

In this way, I also write recommended songs in the chat.

Some days there are English songs being played, and other days it's the eternal sound of rain.

With this system in place, it's fun to listen to in-house BGM, which I used to casually listen to, when I see a DJ around, and find myself thinking, ``Wow, this person actually listens to Western music.''

If you want to make some changes within your company, why not try introducing an "in-house DJ" system?
