[In-house system] An in-house DJ has been created.

This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.

Our company has recently been introducing a number of internal systems, such as "internal social gatherings" and "lunch systems," and starting this month we have also introduced a new system called "internal DJ."

Until now, the background music in the office has always been selected by a specific person or played on the radio, but this can get boring and can be monotonous, so we created a system of "in-house DJs."

There is no actual DJ booth in the company, so they don't skillfully transition between songs or get the audience excited

It's a simple system where DJs take turns playing their favorite music all day long

The DJ for that day will play the music he has selected from an iPad onto a long, horizontal speaker located inside the office

In this way, I also write recommended songs in the chat

Some days there are songs full of English playing, and other days there is the sound of rain that never ends

With this system in place, when there's a DJ playing the background music in the office that I've always listened to without thinking much about it, I find it interesting to think, "Oh, this person actually listens to Western music."

If you're looking to bring some change to your company, why not try introducing an "in-house DJ" system?
