We want to create an environment where employees can work for a long time with peace of mind! With that in mind, we have introduced this retirement benefit system! !

When it comes to retirement benefits, there are many different types.

Beyond has introduced a system called the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid System

What are the features of Beyond's retirement plan?

Point 1. The company pays the entire amount and saves it! Zero burden on employees!

When I first envisioned a retirement plan, I thought it would be something that employees would contribute to as well!

If the employee is a dropout, the company will cover the entire premium, so there is no burden on the employee.
