[In-house social gathering] We held a drinking party for people in their 20s!
Happy New Year, this is Hase from Beyond Co., Ltd.
The last year of the Heisei era has finally arrived, but how are you all spending your time?
The other day (although it was December 21st last year...) we held an in-house networking event.
In-house social gatherings are usually held with a specific theme, but this time it's a "drinking party for people in their 20s"!
In fact, this is the second time in a year that the "20s Drinking Party" has been held.

Well, this time we will introduce you to the pattern!
What is an in-house exchange meeting?
I'm sure some of you may be wondering what an "internal networking event" is in the first place.
"In-house exchange meeting" is a system created to [deepen exchanges among members].
What's more, it's a very nice system where if three or more people come together, a budget of up to 4,000 yen per person will be provided.
We decide on a theme each time (bowling tournament, mahjong tournament, etc.) and recruit people, and if people gather, we can hold the event.
we use Edison Reservation, which is operated by our company, for recruitment
pattern
The location is a long-established okonomiyaki restaurant near my company.
As soon as I arrived, I suddenly started playing games (lol).
Moreover, the Game Boy Advance's Rockman is too late now (lol).
Well, since it's only young people, they can do it without any hesitation.
We mainly talk about work.
We talked about various things that can only be discussed here, such as the situation of each other's teams, and the worries we have because we are so close in age.
Sobameshi is delicious.
Why are you so excited? (lol)
Also, I was planning to take a group photo, but I was so drunk that I completely forgot to take it (lol), so I'm sorry. .
By the way, we also had a second party! This is my own expense.
At the after-party, we mainly talked about each other's private lives.
summary
Last time there were seven people, but since then two new people have joined the company, so this time there were nine people.
I'm happy to have more friends around my age.
Also, it was great to be able to share things that can only be said in a place like this, as well as our own private concerns.
There are some things you can't talk about openly when your boss is around (lol).
I'm definitely going to hold it again this year.
Moreover, four new graduates are scheduled to join the company this year, so it looks like it's going to be even more lively!
That's all, thank you very much!
