[Shikoku Office] We participated in the joint job fair on August 20th!

Hello!
This is Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Shikoku Office.
On Tuesday, August 20th, we participated in a joint job interview event!
Working together with Nishimaru from the Shikoku office, we worked hard to prepare the venue!
" It's an IT-related job! ", it's hard for people without experience to imagine what it's like and it can be hard to approach. As someone who
jumped into Beyond with no experience, I
understand that feeling, so I tried to create a booth that felt at home.
What is a joint job fair?
The event starts at 2pm at Ikeda General Gymnasium!
This job fair is open to companies that have posted job openings at Miyoshi City's Hello Work.
Rather than recruiting from a single company, recruiters
can hear company information and interviews directly from companies they are interested in.
There are around 40 participating companies, including those in the hospitality, medical and nursing care, manufacturing, construction, and IT industries.
Each company has prepared an elaborate booth.
The Beyond booth looks like this!
This is what the entire booth looks like!
We prepared it with the spirit of "stand out, stand out!"
" Leave all the server matters to us " is so cool, isn't it ♡ (`・ω・´)

We created a handmade "welcome board" with photos that clearly show the expressions of the employees working there.
We tried to convey the homely atmosphere of the workplace.
We prepared a variety of photos, including everyday work scenes, company trips, and company social gatherings.

What's essential is lively employees on the front lines!
Smiling faces are the best! Grinning (*'∀')

Participating in a joint job fair
Approximately 90 recruiters attended the event, and many of them visited the Beyond booth.
The age range was diverse, from 18-year-olds to seniors, and there were many people from non-Japanese countries.
・Raising awareness of Beyond.
・Getting to know our diverse workforce.
Beyond gained a lot from this event.
・People interested in IT-related work
, ・People interested in Beyond's unique internal systems
, ・People interested in Beyond just wanting to hear more about us
, ・People interested in satellite offices.
The people we spoke to had a variety of reasons for visiting the Beyond booth.
I believe that "the things that interest them" = "Beyond's strengths," so this is something we want to promote!
We also conducted a brief interview, and
since it was my first time being the interviewer, I was nervous as I asked questions.
Hiring is difficult... (my honest opinion).
It's a good thing that people are interested in each other.
We would like to actively participate in future opportunities to raise awareness of Beyond.
Bonus♪ Party after the job fair
We had a party at Ikedaya, a restaurant close to the office.
This month, we also had a social gathering with Tamagaki-san, who works at the Shikoku office.
We also had Ikedaya's recommended carbonara!
The rich, creamy sauce was delicious!

A toast after a hard work is especially delicious! (*´з`)
