【個人の成長をサポート！】英語研修のご紹介！【社内制度】
こんにちは、株式会社ビヨンドの坂下です。
今回は、社内制度で行っている英語研修についてご紹介いたします！
英語研修とは、
弊社の社員であれば誰でも受講可能で、外部の講師を招いて社内で行っています。
最初に簡単な英会話テストを行い、
初級クラスと上級者クラスに分かれて、毎週水曜日に研修を受けています。
日中の仕事の時間に行っているので、勤務中に英語レッスンが受けられます！
各クラスのレベルに合わせた内容で、
自己紹介・趣味など日常会話から、ビジネスで使う会話・ビジネスメールの練習など、
スキルアップに繋がる研修を行っています！
英語研修の風景を紹介！
こんな感じで英語の研修を行っています。
初心者が多い研修ですが、分からなければ先生がアシストしてくれますので、
みんな楽しく英語を学んでいます！
先週のレッスン内容は、早口言葉の練習とビジネスメールの読解。
日本語の早口言葉でさえ難しいのに、英語でとなるとどうなるのか・・・
みんな戸惑いながらも一人一人頑張って発音していました。
英語を発音すると、日本語では使わない顔の筋肉をたくさん使うので、軽い筋肉痛になりそうでした(笑)
少しやっただけで、発音がしやすくなり、続けていると発音が上達しそうです！
ビジネスメールの読解は、カジュアルなメールで1つ1つが難しい単語ではないですが、
学校で習う文法ではないため、苦戦しながらも、みんなで読み解いていきます。
全社員の英語スキルを向上！
今後グローバル化が進んでいくにあたり、弊社でも対応できるように各自の英語スキルを向上していきます。
これからも、社員一人一人にどういうスキルが求められているのか、
社員がこのスキルを伸ばしたいという声があった場合に、
スキルアップに向けた様々なサポートしていける環境を整えていきたいと思います！
