[Shikoku Office] We participated in the joint job fair on August 20th!

Hello!
I'm Inoue, the Persian cat at Beyond Shikoku office.

On August 20th (Tuesday), we participated in a joint job interview fair!
I worked hard with Nishimaru-san from the Shikoku office to prepare the venue!
"It's an IT-related job!", it's hard for people with no experience to imagine what that's like and it can seem intimidating. As someone who
jumped into Beyond with no experience, I
understand that feeling, so I tried to create a friendly and welcoming booth.

What is a joint job fair?

event starts at 2:00 PM at Ikeda General Gymnasium!
This job fair is for companies that have posted job openings at the Miyoshi City Hello Work (public employment service).
Instead of recruiting employees for each company,
job seekers can directly hear company presentations and interviews with companies they are interested in.
Approximately 40 companies are participating, including those in customer service, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and IT.
Each company has prepared a creatively designed booth.

The Beyond booth looks like this!

This is what the entire booth looks like!
We prepared it with the spirit of "the more eye-catching, the better!
"We'll leave all the server matters to you"? ♡(`・ω・´)

We created a handmade "welcome board" with photos that clearly show the expressions of our employees.
We made sure to convey the warm and friendly atmosphere of our workplace.
We prepared various photos showing everyday work, company trips, and company social events.

Of course, we couldn't do without photos of our employees looking energetic!
Smiles are the most important thing! Smiling (*'∀')

Participating in a joint job fair

Approximately 90 job seekers participated, and many people visited the Beyond booth.
The age range was wide, from 18-year-olds to seniors, and there were also many people of non-Japanese nationalities.
the event, including: - To introduce Beyond to people.
- To learn about diverse talent.
Beyond gained a lot from
: - Those interested in IT-related work
- Those interested in Beyond's unique internal systems
- Those who were simply interested in Beyond and wanted to hear more
in satellite offices
- Those interested
I believe that "the aspects that people are interested in" are "Beyond's strengths," so this is something we want to promote more!
We also conducted some simple interviews, but
it was my first time being on the interviewing side, so I was nervous as I asked questions.
Hiring is difficult... (My honest impression)
It's good that we were both interested in each other. If
there are any more opportunities to introduce Beyond to people in the future, I would like to participate actively.

Bonus♪ Party after the job fair

We had a big celebration at "Ikedaya," a restaurant near the office.
This month, we also got to get to know Tamagaki-san, who works at the Shikoku office!
We also had Ikedaya's recommended carbonara!
The rich, creamy sauce was absolutely delicious!

A toast after working hard always tastes especially good, doesn't it? (*´з`)
