Beyond has introduced an in-house system called refresh leave!

What is the refresh leave system?

This is a vacation system that can be taken in addition to paid vacation, with the purpose of refreshing the mind and body of employees and their families.

Conditions for acquiring the system

☑If you have been employed as a full-time employee for 5 years or more, you can take 2 weeks of vacation every 5 years.

☑Valid for 5 years

☑ Write an article about your long vacation experience on your blog or SNS
