At Beyond, we have implemented an internal system called "Refreshment Leave"!

What is the refresh leave system?

This is a leave system that can be taken in addition to paid leave for the purpose of refreshing the mind and body of employees and their families

Conditions for obtaining the system

☑ If you have been employed as a full-time employee for more than five years, you can take two weeks of vacation every five years

☑Valid for 5 years

☑ Write an article about your long vacation experience on your blog or social media

◇A merit bonus of 100,000 yen will be awarded!

◇Continuous vacation that can be taken whenever you want

◇You can create a fulfilling schedule for overseas travel, etc.!

◇You will receive the same salary during your vacation as if you were working!!

It's rare to see other companies offering a 100,000 yen bonus and having your salary paid even during vacation!
