[Local sake event] Volunteer staff participate in Sakeyuzan
table of contents
Hello!
This is Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Shikoku Office.
As a volunteer staff member, I participated
in Sake Yuzan " held on January 18th (Saturday) at the Miyoshi City exchange base facility "Manabeya MINDE" Over 20 types of local sake from Miyoshi City and Ehime Prefecture!
It was an event where you could enjoy the food, with dishes prepared using local menus from Ehime Prefecture and ingredients from Miyoshi City!
This time's theme is "Ehime", "Miyoshi", and "Aburi" and we
will report on the situation.
We have a wide selection of our proud local sake!
This is Miyoshi City's proud drink that resembles a Persian cat! ! ! !
I personally recommend these three bottles as I like sweet, fruity-scented sake.
Of course, we also had sake from Ehime Prefecture!
Among them, ``Hime Ichie'' is my favorite.
It is a sake that anyone can easily drink, with a slightly sweet and aromatic taste and a very mellow texture.
After all, Miyoshi is a game game!
I received fresh, odor-free grilled deer thigh meat from Iya!
The food will be grilled over charcoal right in front of you, which will whet your appetite even more.
The soft and lean venison meat and the refreshing sauce were sure to be popular among women.
There was also a great value set where you could enjoy gourmet food from both Ehime and Miyoshi. It
was a great menu item for me as I wanted to eat a hearty meal
of Ehime's ``broiled pork and egg rice'' and Tokushima's ``Awao chicken soup There were also many other small dishes such as ``Uwajima-style sea bream rice'' and ``jakoten''!
The next event will be on 2/22
The next event will be held on February 22nd (Saturday) as an extension of the ``Sake Festival'' held in Miyoshi City.
Tickets are a pack of 10 and cost 2,000 yen, so you can enjoy food while enjoying sake at a great value.
Even when you usually go out to eat or drink, you don't often interact with other customers, right?
the great thing about Sakeyuzan
is that you can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages while interacting with other customers and saying things like, ``This alcohol was delicious,'' or ``Let's share the food.
I also participated as a volunteer staff member, and it was a fun time as I was given food by the participating customers,
talked to them about it, and laughed a lot.
I felt it was a really great experience to be able to share drinks with people from an age group that I don't normally interact with.
As a sake lover myself, it is difficult to taste and compare so many different types of sake at a restaurant,
so I highly recommend this event to anyone who loves sake.
I'm a Persian cat who wants to participate in more and more Miyoshi events!
Growing every day, moving forward every day.
I have to update myself every day! ! !
Thank you for reading to the end.
