create an opportunity for success.

I believe that reporting is the art of communicating phenomena, events, and current status.
A proper and accurate report can be a powerful weapon.
Reporting has the power to break through stagnation in work tasks and move forward to the next step.
I believe that the final completion of a task must be a state of "satisfaction" for everyone.
Without this, the work will continue to linger, like sludge in a drain, creating an unpleasant feeling.
The power of reporting is to break through this.
Reports are used to mark a milestone.
Having someone to report to means that there
is someone who is responsible for some kind of instruction or some accompanying flow
. That person will use the report to make new decisions or move on to the next task.
While I said it marks a milestone, interim reports are also necessary. The person who gave the instructions will be
constantly thinking about the status and completion date of the instructions as they work on other tasks.
If that person's mental health is not up to snuff, other tasks may be delayed or
the project may not proceed smoothly.
Wouldn't it be better if there was proper reporting?
Wouldn't that person be able to make smooth decisions, progress the project, and ultimately operate the company with confidence?

I think of communication as the art of sharing necessary information with those on the battlefield.
The vast majority of information learned in the course of one's own tasks is useful to others.
By communicating this information appropriately, not only one's own tasks but also those of others can be advanced more quickly.
Also, when one communicates, the person who receives the communication usually responds with some useful information.
Using the useful information one receives will further accelerate one's own work.

It is a secret technique that allows us to mutually improve the efficiency of our work

# Chapter 3 - Kashiwamochi's thoughts on consultation -

Consultation is the technique of addressing areas of work that cannot be carried out at one's own discretion.
Everyone has their own limits in terms of discretion and the skills they currently possess.
When encountering these barriers, stopping there is considered a waste of time.
To overcome them, consultation is necessary.
Of course, there are many situations where work can be done with all the information and discretion at hand.
However, it is safe to say that those who give instructions and have discretionary power rarely think perfectly or give perfect instructions. If
you go into battle in such a situation without the proper equipment, you will naturally fall into a stalemate.
At Kashiwamochi, we believe it is essential to consult as soon as you discover a barrier (including before work begins).

I think it's delicious. And it's extremely delicious.
Each of these three things is important, but above all, they come from a caring heart for others. I believe that
