Beyond has several unique internal systems, and has recently introduced club activities system

Anyone can start a club as long as there are three or more members. However, the content of the club is not just anything; the application must be submitted with a clear goal for the activity. Beyond has tried various unusual recruitment methods, such as online game company information sessions " and " novel game company guides , they conducted something called a virtual interview

The interviewer is an avatar called "Beyond-chan," and the students taking the interview are also asked to bring their own avatars. The selection process is conducted regardless of educational background, age, or gender

Beyond, founded on April 4, 2017, is celebrating its 15th anniversary

We will be giving anniversary novelty gifts to our most loyal customers and have also launched a special website

We have been White Company by the Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization (commonly known as the White Foundation)

The certificate is also displayed at the entrance

Beyond was evaluated based on whether it was a great company that should be passed on to the next generation, and was recognized as a White Company

(Personally, I think all companies that have implemented flextime are white.)

[June] YouTube "Biyomaru Channel" subscribers surpass 500

Biyomaru Channel which launched in earnest in January 2021, has exceeded 500.

Thankfully, the number of videos related to obtaining qualifications has been increasing, and we would like to continue experimenting with useful technical information and Beyond tips, so we hope you will continue to support us!

In June we will be releasing two press releases about our Canadian office

Last September we released Novel Game Company Guide we plan to create RPG Game
