[Workstyle Reform] Project team formed! [Diversity & Inclusion]

Hello, this is Sakashita from the Administration Department!

At Beyond, we are making various improvements to reform work styles across the entire company!

In recent years, diversity and inclusion (D&I), SDGs, and health management have been attracting attention

To tackle this issue more proactively, we decided that it would be best to turn it into a project

We are now forming a project team!

Project Name

"Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project"

The official name of the project is a bit formal,

We call it Hataraku Project to make it easier to refer to within the company

 

Our corporate philosophy is "Continue to create and support together" = Tomotsuku , and our mission is "Make the world a little easier" = Sekaraku

This project is also focused on creating a fun and easy-to-work environment, so

We named it Hataraku, which means "a comfortable and enjoyable working environment!"

Project Members

Project members must all be aware of this in order to make changes

If there are any members who want to actively participate in this kind of thing, we would love for them to join us

We are recruiting regardless of department, and currently seven people, including myself, are participating in the project!

 

All members are doing this concurrently with their main duties, so we will not disclose the details of the members, but

Infrastructure engineers: 5 people

Server-side engineer: 1 person

Non-technical staff: 1 person

The majority of the project members are engineers, with three members joining the team as new graduates this year!

So, everyone except me is an engineer (laughs)

 

Beyond has many engineers on staff, so they can provide information on the working environment and new ideas from an engineer's perspective

I'm really looking forward to being able to do more new activities than ever before

We utilize the diversity of our human resources, regardless of gender or disability

Creating a workplace where each individual can thrive according to their motivation and abilities

Promoting work-life balance

Achieving diversity (promoting women's participation in the workplace, LGBTQ+ policies, paternity leave, etc.)

We have set big goals, but first we will improve the current internal environment and reform internal systems

We will proactively do what we can to move forward towards the above goals!
