Hello, this is Sakashita from the management department!

At Beyond, we are making various improvements to reform the way we work throughout the company!

In recent years, diversity and inclusion (D&I), SDGs, health management, etc. have been attracting attention.

I thought it would be a good idea to take a more active approach and turn it into a project.

We have decided to form a project team!

“Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project”

The official name of the project is a slightly stiff name,

Internally, we call it Hataraku Project

 

Corporate philosophy is ``Create together and continue to support'' = Tomotsuku ; mission is ``Make the world a little easier'' = Sekaraku

There is an abbreviation for this project, as we are conscious of creating an environment that is easy and fun to work in.

We named our company Hataraku, which means "creating an environment that is easy and fun to work in."

Project members must all be aware of this before they can make changes.

If there are any members who would like to actively participate in this kind of thing, we would like them to do so.

We are recruiting people from all departments, and currently 7 people including myself are participating in the project!

 

All members work concurrently with their main duties, so details of the members will not be disclosed.

Infrastructure engineers: 5 people

Server side engineer: 1 person

Non-technical staff: 1 person

Most of the project members are engineers, and three new members who joined the company this year are also participating!

So everyone except me is an engineer (lol)

 

BEYOND has many engineer members, so you can enjoy the working environment and new ideas from an engineer's perspective.

I'm really looking forward to doing new activities more than ever!
