This time, I would like to talk about the public relations study group I recently attended, including the meaning of what I can apply to myself and the output.

Recruitment PR is a term I often hear, and it is something I am aware of on a daily basis, but this study session was the first time I learned about recruitment information

I think this is the one that is generally recognized and recognized by far the most. (Actually, I did the same thing.) The people we want to hire are our future colleagues, so I learned through the recruitment report and this study session that we need to increase the amount of content that reaches those future colleagues.

Beyond has a variety of content written by members, the Beyond Blog and YouTube , but I once again felt that we need to come up with ways to make more use of the content we are creating.

It is true that we are working on various initiatives at Beyond, but overall we want to be able to draw lines by connecting dots, make each dot darker, and even draw new dots. This seemed to be an issue for the future.

Through this study session

After participating in this study session, I realized that while there are some areas where Beyond has been achieved, there are still areas that are unexplored. In particular, although I have always been conscious of getting people to know about Beyond (recruitment public relations), I realized that there were too many areas that were lacking when it came to measures to get people to know about Beyond (recruitment public relations).

Both recruitment and recruitment efforts are important. In order to create and grow a variety of content, I feel that I will pay more attention to recruitment information

Of course, we need the cooperation of our members when it comes to recruiting, but even more so, we need more specific information for recruiting, so we need the cooperation of our members more than ever.
