🌸ITベンチャーの入社式の様子を紹介します（2024年度）🌸
こんにちは。
株式会社ビヨンドでは2024年4月1日に入社式を行いました。
本ブログでは入社式の様子をご紹介いたします。
スケジュール
10：05～10：15 代表挨拶
10：15～10：35 マネージャーからの挨拶
10：35～10：40 入社辞令授与
10：40～10：55 新入社員からの挨拶
10：55～11：00 閉会の挨拶
11：00～11：20 記念撮影
代表挨拶
株式会社ビヨンド代表取締役である原岡さんからの挨拶です。
新入社員に向けたメッセージを伝えていただきます。
マネージャーからの挨拶
代表挨拶の次は、マネージャー陣からの挨拶です。
下記のマネージャーから挨拶をしていただきました。
システムソリューション部 部長 柏木さん
※インフラエンジニアが所属する部署
システム開発部 部長 佐藤（大）さん
技術営業部 部長 中内さん
ビヨンドGTA CEO 佐藤（聖）さん
※ビヨンドカナダ拠点
入社辞令授与
新入社員全員に代表から入社辞令書が手渡しされます。
ちなみに2024年の新入社員は15名います。
新入社員からの挨拶
新入社員ひとりひとりに前に出て挨拶をしてもらいました。
大勢（70名くらい）の前で話すのは緊張すると思いますが
堂々と挨拶をされていました！
閉会の挨拶
取締役の森田さんからの挨拶です。森田さんは現在カナダにいるためリモートでの挨拶です。

今年から中国オフィスもリモートにて参加しております。
実はこの日、新卒15名に加えて横浜開発に中途社員が1名入社し
合計16名が新しく入社しました。人が増えて活気が増してます！
