Hello, this is Enoki from the Systems Development Department.
I joined the company in a virtual interview held in 2022 to recruit graduates for 2023.
This year is again the season for virtual interviews, so since I'm going to have the time, I've written an article.
What is a virtual interview?
We use avatars to hide their faces and do interviews that do not actually meet each other. In addition to hiding your face, we will conduct interviews in a flat state without using bias by minimizing information about job hunting students.
So, this interview does not involve any questions such as "school/faculty/department/gender/age/address" and you will not even be asked about it.
This is an interview that can be taken based solely on your own personality.
If you're used to the Internet, you're probably already starting to want to take it.
I tried taking a virtual interview
So, it was an incredibly interesting interview so I took it.
Note: Again, I took the virtual interview held in 2022.
This is not the currently being held recruitment exam for new graduates of 2026. Please be aware of this just in case.
As mentioned earlier, the things that are asked in regular recruitment exams are not asked.
So when I thought about how to make people feel the high level of their desire to apply, I
thought that if I focused on the quality of the dress, I would be able to convey it to a certain extent, so I made it so much.
However, some of the virtual interviewees were fighting for their talk skills rather than the quality of the game.
Our aim is to allow job seekers to freely choose the methods that make it easier for them to demonstrate their abilities.
He was assigned to the sales department beautifully, so the individuality he showed was clearly reflected.
I think it's quite unusual for a job interview to be able to cut only the cards you want to cut and compete.
What's more, they can properly scrutinize the true nature of job seekers that can be seen by eliminating bias.
When asked what he thought of the interview, he said, "It was interesting. Thank you very much."
Are you really a candidate for taking the recruitment exam? I think he said something like that.
It was also nice that I was able to read the talk deck displayed on the sub monitor freely.
This allowed me to organize my thoughts properly and I was able to take the interview in a natural way.
In any case, isn't it a great company that allows for such a free style at the time of the interview? That's what it means.
People who should get a virtual interview
I'm not saying that everyone is like that, but at least I was a person who is familiar with the Internet.

If you have interacting with others online, I would definitely recommend you try it out.
I think you'll probably feel a bit awkward and nervous when you first meet up with voice chat.
