Actual experience! Things you should do before issuing a press release

My name is Ito and I am an infrastructure engineer
At Beyond, we want to make our company name known to more people, so we've set up a web marketing department and are working on it.
In fact, this technology blog is part of our marketing activities.
The renewal of the corporate website is also part of the activities of the Web Marketing Department.
The website has been renewed. | Beyond Co., Ltd.
In addition to these activities, we are also working on "issuing a press release to spread the company's name to the world!"
However, I had never issued a press release before, so I thought I'd give it a go, but
that made me think, "Wow, I should have done that beforehand!!" so I would like to introduce them to you.
By the way, we have issued the following two press releases:
The second installment of the
"JK Startup Lab" service, a first in Japan! A new service aimed at female high school entrepreneurs! "JK Startup Lab" is available free for one year starting May 25th - SankeiBiz
Creating a landing page
I came up with a plan, created a press release, sent it out to the relevant companies... it's fine, but then I
don't know where or what I'm doing with it!!
It was just released and that was it, and I couldn't see what would happen next
If you create even a simple landing page that summarizes what you do, it
will be helpful for people who see your press release and think about making an inquiry.
Looking back now, it's like, "Of course."
A first in Japan! A new service aimed at female high school entrepreneurs! "JK Startup Lab" service now available, completely free for one year! | Beyond Inc. This
is currently only available in our company announcements...
Currently under construction!!
Flyer creation
This is the same as a landing page.
For example, if you can distribute a flyer that you created during sales activities saying "This is what we do," it
becomes one of the topics of conversation when you are selling.
Landing pages cannot be viewed at all times, so creating flyers
will increase the opportunities for exposure.
...I need to make a flyer
Preparation for interviews
I was surprised when I put out the press release and suddenly got interview requests. It
was my first time doing so, so I was really scared.
I've never been interviewed before.
(Actually, I'll keep it a secret that I was surprised and thought, "Are they really going to come?")
In such cases, it's best to prepare a list of anticipated questions and answers, such as "What kind of questions will I be asked, and how will I answer them?"
The interview was a success!? It has been published in a certain media outlet
I'm still checking whether it's okay to release it, so I'll release it once I get the OK
This may be obvious to those who are in charge of public relations, but
doing something different requires some brainpower.
Well then
