This is how I work [Beyond's internal system part 2]
table of contents
This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.
It's already been nine months since I joined Beyond.
Previously, I wrote
an article introducing our company's internal system this time I would like to introduce something that I haven't written yet!
After relocating our office in February of this year, the local restaurants have gradually become more aware of the system, and we would
like to introduce a new system that was added last month.
Luncheon
At the daily lunch meeting, we have something called a ``one-minute speech,'' where employees take turns speaking on the topic of the day.
We decided to review the topics last month, and we conducted a survey internally to find out what topics were good, and we received a variety of opinions, so please take a look.
And here is the revised topic.

New↓
With the aim of getting the members to know each other better, we have increased the number of topics such as ``Talk about hobbies'' and ``What made us happy/enjoyed'' to get to know each other better.
The theme of ``What work I am currently working on'' was very helpful to me, as I have very little understanding of the kind of work that people on other islands do.
However, I get a little nervous when I think that I have to be able to always announce what kind of work I'm currently working on.
In-house study session
The in-house study session held once a month is a 30-minute session in which employees talk about ``informative stories'' by themselves.
The topics are free, so they range from topics useful for work to topics about hobbies.
Last month's two presenters had polarizing topics: ``About NicoNico Douga'' and ``LaC made possible with Terraform.''
Listeners can learn a lot, and presenters can practice speaking in public, so it's a great way to kill two birds with one stone.
When it's my turn, I'm thinking of talking about ``HUGtto Precure,'' which I'm really into right now.
Leader lunch system
In addition to holding an in-house social gathering to deepen interaction between members, we also decided to go out for lunch.
This is a system in which the leaders of each team go out to eat one-on-one with other team members every month.
This gives you time to communicate with people in different departments that you don't usually have the chance to talk to.
I went for my first lunch today. The person who won the lottery was Ohara, sub-leader of the technical sales department.
I ate a lot of soba at a soba restaurant near my office.
Although we work in the same department, I was able to talk about issues that I would not be able to discuss within the company, so I feel that it is important to constantly communicate with those around you.
summary
What did you think?
Implementing these internal systems will not necessarily make the company better, but is it important to have an awareness of how to make things better?
I don't really know what a good company is, but most of my life is spent working, so I want to enjoy my work.
If you have any worries, let's invite someone to lunch and vent.
