[2019 new graduates] We had a joining ceremony and welcome party! [Last first joining ceremony of the Heisei era]
This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.
We held an induction ceremony on April 1, 2019, the day the new era name was announced
The last joining ceremony of the Heisei era, and the first for Beyond.
Four new members who joined the company in 2019 became full-time employees.
First of all, greetings from representative Haraoka.
Next was a lightning talk by each team leader.

Next is the presentation of the joining letter. The last letter of appointment of the Heisei era was awarded.
We asked the four candidates to talk about their future aspirations.
Although everyone looked nervous, they all spoke clearly about their current feelings, and I am very happy to be able to work with them from now on.
Finally, Director Morita gives a closing address.
Morita talks about his memories with Haraoka, who was his colleague at the company he joined as a new graduate.
A new graduate member is disturbed by an episode in which, ``While I and those around me were working hard during programming training for new employees, only Haraoka left after completing a red sports car painted on his computer.''
I hope that by listening to this story, you have deepened your understanding of the company Beyond.
After returning to work, we all watched the announcement of the new era name.
Reiwa! ? Reiwa? Reiwa...what does it mean? Manyoshu? ? Hey.
So I went back to business as usual.
We had planned to have a cherry blossom viewing party in the evening, but due to heavy rain and lightning, we held a pizza party at the refreshment space.
Thus, the first day of joining the company for the 2019 new graduates went off without a hitch.
I am grateful to the four members who decided to join Beyond as a new graduate, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
It would be great if we could borrow strength from our classmates and work hard together when we hit various obstacles.
We are a total of 29 people, 23 from the Osaka office, 2 from the Shikoku office, and 4 new graduates, and we will work together to help Beyond grow even more! !
