[White Company Certification] We have been upgraded to Silver rank!

I'm Yoshimoto, a member of the "Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project"!
recently been promoted from bronze to silver
If you are wondering, "What is White Company Certification?", I have already written a blog post about it, so I think you will gain a better understanding if you read it
What is a White Company Certification? Is it suspicious? [We've been certified]
What I did to get Silver rank
To be certified as a white company, companies must answer 70 questions and their overall score will determine their evaluation
Since this was the second time, the project members worked to improve their rank by focusing on the areas that were not awarded points the last time they were ranked bronze
I'll summarize what I did for each item by taking a few excerpts
Human resource development/work satisfaction
- There is a company-wide system to support employees
Beyond has a club activity system, so we carry out activities
The number of club activities is gradually increasing, with unique clubs being born one after another, such as a sauna club, board game club, music club, and cafe club!
Even working adults want to feel young! The story of starting a club activity system
Work-life balance
- Conducting surveys and opinion polls
The project team created a questionnaire for employees and conducted a survey to gauge their opinions
The survey results are not only useful for moving up to Silver rank, but also contain all the information you need to create a better working environment in your company
The funds will be used to promote future project activities
Diversity & Inclusion
- The diversity promotion officer notifies all employees

At Beyond, our remote and office-based team members work together in constant communication

- Sharing Google Calendar
- DocuSign (electronic signature tool)
Risk Management
- Network device management and security
ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification and in accordance with our information security basic policy, we are continuously implementing comprehensive information security initiatives for all information assets (organizational, human resources, operational, technical, and legal) owned in our business activities.
Compliance with labor laws
This is the only item that needs to be achieved at 100%, so we submitted information to confirm whether our operations are in compliance with the law
