[White Company Certification] Ranked up to Silver rank!

I'm Yoshimoto, a member of the "Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project"!
Recently, we were able to upgrade our rank from White Company Certified Bronze Silver , so I would like to summarize the efforts we took to improve our rank.

What I did to get silver rank
In order to obtain White Company Certification, you must answer 70 questions, and your evaluation will be determined by your overall score.
Since this is the second time, the project members worked together to improve the rank of items that were not added when the bronze rank was achieved last time.
I would like to take some excerpts and summarize what was done for each item.
Human resource development/job satisfaction
- There is a system that supports employees throughout the company.
At Beyond, we carry out activities because we have a club activity system.
The number of club activities is gradually increasing, and unique club activities such as [sauna club, board game club, music club, cafe club] are being born one after another!

- Conducted questionnaires and awareness surveys
The project team created a questionnaire for employees and conducted a survey of everyone's awareness.
The survey results are not only used as materials for upgrading to the silver rank, but are also filled with information necessary for creating a better environment at the company.
It will be used to promote future project activities.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Diversity promotion staff informs all employees

We continue to implement comprehensive information security initiatives.

Since it is necessary to achieve a 100% achievement rate for this item only, we have submitted information on whether we are operating in compliance with the law.
