Diversity & work style reform promotion project
Beyond works with people of different nationalities and from diverse backgrounds.
A cross-cultural exchange meeting was held among project members with the aim of respecting and understanding different cultures.
Project members exist within the company to create an environment where people with different ways of thinking and cultures can thrive.
I've already written a blog post about the project, so I think you'll get a better understanding if you read it.
[Work style reform] We have formed a project team! [Diversity & Inclusion]
Cross-cultural exchange meeting [Canada edition]
The candidate location for this cross-cultural exchange event is Canada.
Since we have a new Canadian office, we decided to make Canada the theme country for this year's event.
Canada has many different cultures, public rules, and meals than Japan.
This time, we conducted this project with the participation of Beyond members who actually live in Canada.
The participants were able to sample some of Canada's most representative foods and also gain a real experience of food culture.
mac n cheese and poutine
