We will start offering free event space at Beyond's Osaka office
Finding a venue for an offline event is always difficult. There are so many things to think about, such as whether it's free, whether it's close to the station, whether there's free Wi-Fi, whether there's power, whether you can eat and drink, etc. Since the coronavirus pandemic has begun, there has been an increase in the number of online and offline hybrids, so it's better to have a microphone and speaker as well.
For those who are having trouble finding a venue for such an event, Beyond will lend out the open space as a venue for an IT study session for free!
We usually use it as a rest area for employees and a place for internal meetings, but we will also provide the venue for those who want to hold an IT-related study session in Osaka.
Originally, when we moved, we created an open space with the intention of ``creating a place where we could hold study sessions inviting outsiders and company information sessions for new graduates.''
This time, we will introduce Beyond's event space for those who are thinking, "I want to hold an IT study session in Namba!"

Address: Nankai SK Namba Building 3F, 1-10-4 Namba Naka, Naniwa-ku, Osaka
Access: 1 minute walk from Exit 6 of Namba Station on the Subway Midosuji Line
Venue equipment
The following facilities are available.

Wi-Fi is available for guests, so you can host and participate in events while using the internet.
You can freely use two monitors, one in the center and one on the left.
We also have microphones and speakers, so if you need them, please use them.
Capacity
The capacity is approximately 25 people.
If you increase the number of chairs, you can seat around 30 people, but if you also take into account the number of people running the event, the ideal number of people you can attract is 20 to 25 people.
Eating and drinking
Eating and drinking is possible. There is no problem with bringing in alcohol and catering for social gatherings, etc.
By the way, the alcoholic beverages placed at the bar counter are available for Beyond members to drink freely after 7pm.
You cannot drink this, so we would appreciate it if you could look at it as an object.
Notes on entering and exiting the venue
not possible to enter the building after 8:00 pm , so please be aware of event times.
It is possible to hold social gatherings after 8:00 pm, but please note that once you leave the building, you will not be able to re-enter.

Rental conditions
- IT/Web-related events (study sessions) and study sessions where we believe there will be synergy in the future (we may decline your request depending on the content)
- During the event session, our staff will introduce Beyond's company/services.
- When publishing on customer attraction tools such as Doorkeeper, please place the BEYOND logo on the customer attraction page.
- Due to the security of the event space, some of our staff will also be attending the study session.
- Event space rental fee: Free (advance reservation required)
- Event space rental hours: Weekdays from 19:00 to 22:00 (Event space is not rented on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Reception method
- Please tell the reception staff in the event space that you would like to participate in the event.
- Please present your ``Customer Attraction Tools Attendance Voucher'' on your smartphone or printed paper to the reception staff, or hand over ``a business card.''
- After completing registration, we will give you a "guest card (neck badge)" for event attendees.
Precautions
- Please do not touch the signs, equipment, and other objects displayed in the event space.
- You are allowed to bring food and drinks into the event space. Please note that we ask that you please take your trash home with you.
- Please restore the arrangement of tables and chairs in the event space to their original condition.
- Events may be photographed and recorded and published on Beyond's official blog, SNS, Youtube, etc. Please note that the images of event attendees may be made public in advance. If you have any problems with filming or publishing, please let his staff know.
- It is not possible to enter the building in which our company is located after 8:00 p.m. Please contact our staff if you wish to enter the building after 8pm. Afterwards, the person in charge will pick you up at the entrance of the building.
- Please refrain from talking loudly or wandering around unnecessarily within our office and building grounds.
- There are no vending machines or smoking areas within our office or building premises.
Prohibitions
If any of the items below apply to you, we will refuse to rent out the event space for future events.
- Acts that cause trouble to others (sexual harassment, power harassment, stalking, etc.)
- Network business, religious activities, political activities, and acts that are considered sales, solicitation, and mediation regardless of the target.
- Actions that appear to be for the purpose of eating or drinking
- Acts that deviate from the purpose and purpose of the study session, or acts that are different from the original purpose of the event.
