Details of each content
Opening greetings from the Human Resources Manager
The social gathering started with a greeting from the human resources manager.
Self-introduction by prospective candidates
We asked the prospective candidates to briefly introduce themselves.
I think those who have been offered a job offer are concerned about other people who will be at the same time.
Stories from 23rd year graduates
We asked a member of the 23rd graduating class, who is one year senior to the 24th graduating class, to give a talk on the theme of ``What we would like to convey to the prospective students.''
The themes were ``things you should do before joining the company'' and ``things you're glad you did after joining the company,'' and the themes themselves were created by 23 graduates.
22nd grade infrastructure engineer/server side engineer story
We also asked a 22-year-old engineer to tell us, ``After working for a year, what he thinks he would like to tell a prospective employee.''
All those who have been offered a job offer have already heard about the job description at the company information session during the recruitment process, so this time I asked them to talk about something other than the job description.
Explaining training content for new employees
This is an explanation of the training content that will be provided to 24-year-old graduates when they join the company.
All of the prospective employees are hired as engineers, and most of them have no experience, so I think they may be interested in the training content, so I explain the training content at social meetings for prospective employees.
Company tour
We will take a look around the office, where you will actually work.
You will also have the opportunity to talk to members within the company.
Delivery of technical books selected by engineers
We believe that some prospective employees want to study before joining the company, so we provide them with technical books selected by our engineers.
This year, we handed out the following three books.
・Reiwa 2020 Easy-to-understand image and clever method Mr. Kayagi's IT passport class (Information Processing Engineer Examination)
・Illustrated method You can understand all the basics of web technology in this one book
・The basics of server/infrastructure engineer in this one book A book that will help you learn
The Human Resources Department has the idea that during the period from receiving a job offer until joining the company, ``we want you to fully enjoy what you can do only now,'' and we communicate this to those who have received a job offer. However
, there are some people who want to study. That's why I'm giving you reference books (without any reading quotas, etc.).
Dinner party at the store
In the second half, we went to a restaurant and had a dinner party.
I think we were able to get to know each other better by talking while eating delicious food.
I went to LOGIC OSAKA, which is a 10-minute walk from the Osaka office
The above is the content of Beyond Co., Ltd.'s social gathering for 24 graduates.
Thank you for reading!
