recently held a social gathering for the 2024 graduates

Opening remarks by the head of human resources

The social gathering started with a greeting from the HR manager

Self-introductions by successful applicants

We asked the successful applicants to give a brief self-introduction.
We think that successful applicants are naturally curious about the other successful applicants who will be joining them at the same time.

A story from a 23rd graduate

The 2023 graduates, who are one year older than the 2024 graduates, spoke about what they would like to tell the accepted students

The themes were "Things you should do before joining the company" and "Good things about joining the company," and the themes themselves were thought up by the 2023 graduates

A story of an infrastructure engineer/server-side engineer graduating in 2022

We also asked an engineer who graduated in 2022 to talk about what he would like to say to the successful applicants after working there for a year.
All successful applicants have already heard about the job content at the company information session as part of the recruitment process, so this time we asked him to talk about something other than the job content.

Explaining the training content for new employees

This is an explanation of the training that will be given to new recruits graduating from 2024 when they join the company

All accepted applicants are being hired as engineers, and most of them have no experience, so we understand that they may be concerned about the content of the training, and we explain the content of the training at the social gathering for accepted applicants

talk to members of the company.

Handing over technical books selected by engineers

We believe that some accepted applicants may want to study before joining the company, so we provide them with technical books selected by our engineers

This year we have provided the following three books:

・Reiwa 05: Easy to understand with images and clever methods, Professor Kayaki's IT Passport Class (Information Processing Engineer Examination)
・Illustrated, all-in-one book on the basics of web technology
・A book that will firmly teach you the basics of server/infrastructure engineering

The Human Resources Department believes that in the period between receiving a job offer and joining the company, we want accepted applicants to "enjoy to the fullest the things that you can only do now," and we tell this to them.
However, we also believe that some people would like to study, so we provide them with reference books (without imposing reading quotas, etc.).

Dinner at a restaurant

In the second half, we went to a restaurant for dinner

I think we were able to get to know each other better by talking and eating delicious food.
we went to LOGIC OSAKA, which is a 10-minute walk from our Osaka office
