②How did you find out about Beyond?

I found it on an IT engineer job site

4. What makes you glad that you joined the company

It's easy to improve your skills

There is a qualification assistance system and study groups that support technical studies, so there is a lot of catching up on new information. There is also a company-wide trend and atmosphere of trying to incorporate new things

⑤ Describe in one word the atmosphere you felt at Beyond when you joined the company

"Energetic!!!"

There is a sense of energy throughout the company

⑥What are some interesting or surprising things you have noticed since joining the company?

・There is a private shop inside the company, not an office Glico

It is located in the Osaka office and Yokohama office and is often used

・The entire company has a lunch meeting, and each department has a morning and evening meeting every day

During our department's morning and evening meetings, we review project tasks, work progress, and other relevant
information daily. Instead of weekly work checks, we ensure we have a constant grasp of the work's progress.

There's just so much communication

Of course we talk about work, but we also have a lot of other conversations, such as casual communication

・Many internal systems

There are some interesting systems in place, such as an early departure system for anniversaries and an incentive system for obtaining qualifications

①What kind of work did you do in your previous job?

Sports goods sales staff

When thinking about changing jobs, I wanted to do a job where I could create something → I want to become an engineer

②How did you find out about Beyond?

I was looking for a job where I could be involved in developing our own services, and I found this company on a job search website.
I felt that it aligned with what I wanted to do, and ultimately, I decided to join because the culture and atmosphere seemed like a good fit for me.

③ Current duties

Development and renovation of our own services (Apmil Edison)

4. What makes you glad that you joined the company

It's hard to keep up every day, but I can feel some kind of growth every day

⑤ Describe in one word the atmosphere you felt at Beyond when you joined the company

"I want to come to work every day"

The atmosphere makes you want to come to work every day. I was impressed by how lively the company is

⑥What are some interesting or surprising things you have noticed since joining the company?

・Dress is too casual

I checked about the dress code for my first day of work and was told it was casual, but I still wore a suit, and I really stood out.
I was happy that people actually spoke to me because I was wearing a suit, but seriously, you don't need to wear a suit when you join Beyond! (Be careful, you'll stand out like I did.)

・Many opportunities to output

Daily reflections and verbalizations for reporting allow for a clear organization of technical skills. This makes it easy to see what you've learned and how much you've grown.
Furthermore, feedback is always received on output, creating a supportive environment for growth.

・Free address

Because of the free address system, I couldn't remember any of the names right after I joined the company. It has the advantage of being able to talk to a variety of people, but it also means that you tend to sit in the same area

It was a culture shock because everything was so different!

"Freedom"

There is a flexible working system and an environment where you can express your opinions, so there is freedom in a good way

⑥What are some interesting or surprising things you have noticed since joining the company?

・Large discretion

We have an environment where you can give your opinions and actually put them into practice

・No barriers between job titles

Regardless of their position, everyone talks to each other normally. There's absolutely no awkwardness or difficulty in communicating.
Because it's a free-address system, we often end up sitting next to each other and talking.

・Strong person-to-person interaction

I often feel that they value relationships with others. "Communication" is one of Beyond's core values, so I think many people are naturally aware of it
