[Joining in 2024] Introducing the informal offer ceremony for IT ventures! ✨
table of contents
Hello!
I am in charge of recruitment at Beyond Co., Ltd.
I will write about official offer ceremony held on October 2nd (Monday)
In this article, we will explain what Beyond's job offer ceremony was like to students who are interested in Beyond, people who are job hunting, companies who are curious about what other companies' job offer ceremonies are like, etc. I would appreciate it if you could know.
Click here for last year's situation
Number of prospective employees
15 students graduating in 2024 .
clothing
a suit .
At BEYOND, we work in plain clothes, so the only time we wear a suit is basically for informal job offers and joining ceremonies.
As is the case every year, it's hard to see Beyond members in suits, so it's a rare sight.
Personally, I usually wear casual clothes to work, but when I have the opportunity to wear a suit twice a year, I feel like I can go back to my basics and it's a great opportunity.
venue
→It's the same venue as last year. It's about a 5-minute walk from the Beyond Osaka office.
The number of people increased significantly from last year, so even though it was the same venue, it felt a little different.

Greetings from the representative director
Greetings from Mr. Haraoka, our representative director.
He called each of the people who had been offered a job offer by name and talked about how he wanted them to make the most of their time before joining the company.
I was struck by Mr. Haraoka's unchanging feelings towards the prospective employee.
Award of informal offer certificate
When all those who had been offered a job offer came forward when their names were called, Mr. Haraoka handed them a letter of offer.
As someone who had prepared a letter of offer, I was happy that it was received.
(I was also happy when a 23-year-old employee who received a letter of offer last year told me, ``I still have the letter of offer.'')
Greetings from prospective employees
As with the awarding of certificates of offer, each person who had been offered a job offer was asked to come forward and say hello.
Each of them had their own unique greetings, and it was fun to listen to them!
Closing remarks
Closing remarks from Director Morita-san.
Mr. Morita is usually at the Beyond Canada office, but he was back in Japan during the informal offer ceremony, so I was able to speak with him directly.
Like Mr. Haraoka, Mr. Morita also expressed his desire to make the most of the remaining period before joining the company.
group work
After the break, it's time for group work.
We divided into groups with prospective employees and employees and did group work.
This year's theme was Consensus (agreement building) game The members who prepared it were 22nd and 23rd graduates. thank you very much!
photo shoot
We took a group photo!
There were so many people that it was a little difficult to take a picture of everyone (lol)
*I have blurred it just in case!
Social gathering
After the informal ceremony, we had a social gathering.
The prospective employees and employees interacted with each other over delicious food and drinks.
After the social gathering, it seemed like only those who had been offered the job went to the after-party, and I thought it was great to see them getting along so well!
*This is also blurred just in case! I would be happy if you could just convey the atmosphere!
The above Beyond Co., Ltd.'s informal offer ceremony in 2020 .
Although the content itself is almost the same as last year, the atmosphere will be completely different depending on the color of the applicants that year!
Thank you for reading.
