What is this number anyway?
First of all, regarding this number, "*#06#" is used to display the "IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number".

By the way, IMEI is a globally recognized management number for devices, and is assigned a "unique individual number (15-16 digits)".
This unique number allows you to know the manufacturer, country of origin, serial number, etc. of the device. For example, when unlocking the SIM lock, you can tell your device's IMEI number to your carrier. .

① EID
This is called the Embedded Identity Document and contains information about your eSIM.
② IMEI
Information regarding the IMEI that was created earlier is output.
The information in this section is for the first SIM card slot.
When unlocking the SIM lock, etc., you only need to provide this first piece of information.
③ IMEI 2
Similarly, information regarding IMEI is output.
The information in this section is for the second SIM card slot.
What can you determine from this information?
Regardless of whether you are using an iPhone or Android, you will probably see a screen similar to the one above, but by sorting through the contents, you can determine the device information as shown below.
① "EID, which is the eSIM identifier, is displayed" → There is a high possibility that eSIM can be used on your device.
