The "&" has two meanings:

1. "With you" means our current corporate philosophy of "Continuing to create and support together."
2. "Relief" in the sense that you can leave it to Beyond

It also rhymes with "and" and "beyond."

I personally think this is a good idea, so I hope it will be adopted
