④ What makes you feel glad that you joined the company?
Easy to improve skills.
There is a lot of catching up on new information, such as qualification support systems and study sessions that support technical study. Additionally, there is a trend and atmosphere in the company to try to incorporate new things.
⑤ Describe in one word the atmosphere of Beyond that you felt after joining the company.
“Energetic!!!”
There is a sense of energy throughout the company.
⑥Interesting/surprising things you experienced after joining the company
・There is a private store within the company, not Office Glico.
It is located in the Osaka and Yokohama offices and is frequently used.
・The company as a whole holds a lunch meeting, and departments hold morning and evening meetings every day.
At the department's morning and evening meetings, project tasks and work are confirmed and progress is confirmed every day.
Instead of checking work once a week, we check tasks every day so that we can always keep track of work progress.
・There is a lot of communication
Of course we talk about work, but we also have a lot of conversations about other small things.
・Many in-house systems
There are interesting systems such as an early arrival system for anniversaries and an incentive system for acquiring qualifications.
Mr. Shirai
①What kind of work did you do in your previous job?
Sporting goods sales staff
When thinking about changing jobs, I want to do a job that creates something → I want to become an engineer
②How did you find out about Beyond?
I was looking for a job that would allow me to develop my own company's services, and I found it on a job posting site.
I joined the company thinking that what I wanted to do was the same, and that the culture and atmosphere seemed to be a good fit for me.
③Current duties
Development and modification of in-house services (Apumil Edison)
④ What makes you feel glad that you joined the company?
I'm struggling to keep up every day, but I can feel some kind of growth every day.
⑤ Describe in one word the atmosphere of Beyond that you felt after joining the company.
“I want to come to work every day.”
An atmosphere that makes you want to come to work every day. Anyway, I got the impression that it was very active.
⑥Interesting/surprising things you experienced after joining the company
・Clothing is too free
I asked what to wear on my first day at work and was told that I was free to wear it, but since it was my first day at work, I wore a suit and it looked really weird.
I was happy to be called out because I was wearing a suit, but people who join Beyond don't really need to come in a suit! (Be careful if you float like me)
・There are many opportunities to output
You can organize your technology by reviewing it every day and verbalizing it for reporting. Therefore, it is easy to understand what you have come to understand and whether you have grown.
Additionally, since we always receive feedback on our output, there is a foundation for environmental growth.
・Free address
Because I was working at a free address, I couldn't remember my name at all right after I joined the company. There is the advantage of being able to talk to a variety of people, but you tend to sit in the same area.
It was a culture shock because everything was so different!
Narita-san

After joining the company as a part-time YouTube video editor, he became a full-time employee and started working in marketing.
④ What makes you feel glad that you joined the company?
An environment where you can be natural without having to put up with anything weird.
⑤ Describe in one word the atmosphere of Beyond that you felt after joining the company.
"Freedom"
There is a flex system and an environment where I can express my opinions, so there is freedom in a good sense.
⑥Interesting/surprising things you experienced after joining the company
・Great discretion
There is an environment where you can express your opinions and have them actually do something.
・No barriers between job titles
Regardless of their position, everyone talks in a normal manner. There is no difficulty in speaking.
Since we have free addresses, we often sit next to each other and talk.
・Strong person-to-person feeling
I often feel like I value relationships with people. Beyond's core value is "communication," so I think many people are naturally aware of this.
